ABSTRACT
Mutation of alpha subunit of protein G is associated to Fibrous Dysplasia, and may be monostotic or polyostotic, the last one is more infrequent and it could be associated with café-au-lait hyperpigmentation of the skin, and endocrinopathies such as precocious puberty. Bone lesions show special radiological features simulating other diseases like bone neoplasms. It is not described an specific approach for overlap cases. This is a 21-years old patient with diagnostic of pure seminoma stage I, who after surgical treatment suffered metastatic intraabdominal lesions and then bone affection. However, histomorphological report showed polyostotic fibrous dysplasia. There is not association between both diseases.
