ABSTRACT
From the theoretical point of view, it has been possible to reject the notion that apoplexy is a fortuitous phenomenon. This has been usefull for the brain vascular disease prevention, which seems very possible in any case that risk factors are well controlled. Appearance of apoplexy has a lot to do with conditioners that, combined or individually, are in charge to indicate which subjects are exposed to infarction or brain hemorrhage to which apoplexy is related. For prevention aims, it will be simple to induce the patient to control his arterial hypertension and take necessary medicines.
