ABSTRACT
Total shoulder arthroplasty has become a more frequent procedure. In spite of current good results, Neer prosthesis surgical technique is difficult. As a result, biangular shoulder prosthesis was developed in order to facilitate the glenoid preparation and the fixing of humeral stem. Results of a 74 year-old female patient who had a four-fragment humeral neck fracture reported here are as good as those of hip or knee total replacements.REFERENCES
