This it must be fitted within the fibrous injuries and fibrohistiocitaries, the majority being benign and single in few occasions of malignat. We present the case of a patient who begined with proptosis as well as progressive diminution of the visual sharpness of right eye, the image studies revealed a intraorbitary mass and was reported reported by histopathology a solitary fibrous tumor.
