ABSTRACT
The clinical case of a 70-year-old male patient whose upper lip was almost entirely resected due to squamous cell carcinoma is presented. The upper lip and moustache were reconstructed with a bipediculated temporoparietal flap. In this patient a closure of the donor defect without skin grafts or previous tissue expansions, and the vermilion border created using laser depilation were achieved. This kind of details led to a highly satisfactory result for both patient and surgeon.
