ABSTRACT
Three children were treated because of post-traumatic ulnar fracture and epiphyseal-displacement of the radial head. Two underwent closed reduction and one was submitted to open reduction and internal fixation of the radial head. The follow up was from 7 to 24 months. Good results were obtained in all three patients.
