Melorheostosis Case report

ABSTRACT
The melorreostosis is considered an unfrequent disease, characterized by lesions like draining was (osteoesclerosis) that distributes along the axis of the long bones. Soft tissues and joints can be altered due to fibrosis that results in contractures and deformities. This is the a case of a 17 years old female patient who presents shortening of the right lower limb, genu valgum, fibrosis of the thigh, dislocation of the patela and lumbalgia. The roentgenographic study demonstrate drain wax image in pelvis and in right femur.
