ABSTRACT
Food allergy is a exaggerated response of the body in the presence of a food (alergen), That is harmless for no allergic people. Cross reaction is when the antibodies that are made against an specific alergen begins to react also to other allergen who is similar. This is a set of 3 cases of patients whit pollen allergy and cross reaction with different presentations as for severity.
