ABSTRACT
24 patients with supracondylar femoral fractures were treated by our team with the G.S.H. supracondylar nail, some of them with previous arthroplasty history where conventional implants can´t be used. This implant is an alternative for the treatment of this complex fractures with an easy technique, minimal bleeding, less damage to the soft tissues, without functional limitation and the consolidation was obtained in 8 to 12 weeks.
