ABSTRACT

Darier-White disease is a dermatosis reported in 1889, is autosomic dominant and is characterized by hiperkeratotic papules localized mainly at seborrheic regions as well as ungueal abnormalities. It commonly begins between the first and the second decades of life. Its diagnosis is made by correlation clinical and histopathological and its treatment is chiefly based on oral retinoids such as isotretinoin. Its make a revision and present a case.
