Results: 536 subjects between the ages of 17 to 44 were studied, (mean 19.15) 30% males and 70% females. Many of them had healthy extraoral and intraoral tissues. Caries were present in 98.6% of the subjects. DMF was 2.28, with a minimum of 0 and a maximus of 6.25. Significant differences by sex in DMF, number of healthy teeth, obtured, and lost were found, in all cases in favor of men.
