ABSTRACT
The dental organs present a variable root anatomy. When endodontic treatment is required, it is necessary for the Dentist and/or Endodontic Specialist ti have extensive knowledge of said anatomy and its posible variations, as well as being prepared to use technological resources that contribute to carrying out a safer and more efficient treatment effective. In this case,CBCT and light microscopy were used in the treatment of an upper premolar with three roots.
