The experience of the facilitator in an experience workshop: a phenomenological approach

ABSTRACT
The present research has the finality to know, describe and analyze from a phenomenological vision the personal and professional experiences of a facilitator team through the implementation of a workshop named “Viví una pandemia, vivo una nueva normalidad, ¿Cómo vivo mi salud psicológica?. The investigation was qualitative and ethnographic, which allowed know the facilitator experiences in a learning process and a shared growth. Four university students participated from the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Iztacala, two-ones were men and two-ones were women.The workshop was applied face-to-face in two sessions of 2 hours each one, where the participants shared their experiences around the topic and the reflections of the facilitators. In the end, it is concluded that when accompanying other people, the facilitator is also accompanied, signifying ideas, beliefs and concepts, building intersubjetivities and accounting for their own psychological well-being.REFERENCES
