ABSTRACT
Hydrocephalus is the increasing of cerebrospinal fluid within is the cerebrospinal system. The disease is a problem in childhood.
In this paper we present the state of art of the disease, clinical characteristics, treatment and more frequent complication. Since the more frequent and severe complication is infection of the derivative system, it is discussed in the next article in this journal.
