ABSTRACT
A new technic for the treatment of paralytic genu recurvatum is presented. It includes a high tibia osteotomy very closed to the articular surface. For approaching the site, the removal of a large fragment of cortical bone of the anterior aspect of the tibia is required including the insertion of the patellar tendon. After the correction is completed the fragment is placed back in position using cortical screws.REFERENCES
