ABSTRACT
Introduction: Global warming or climate change is the temperature increase of the Earth's climate, observed for more than a century and proven with several scientific evidences.Objective: To design a program to manage postgraduate education in climate change issues, in order to increase the comprehensive training of health professionals.
Methods: The methodology used is based on a development research, using a historical-logical approach, as well as theoretical methods such as analysis-synthesis and empirical ones, that include bibliographic review, surveys, structured interviews and observation.
Results: The content proposal will be aimed at social, environmental, scientific and economic issues, based on the generalization and implementation of scientific results materialized in the Life Task, as the main confrontation strategy.
Conclusions: Postgraduate education based on the impact of climate change will enhance health research and will help human adaptation to changes, with a new approach on the actions of professionals that may meet the demands of the plan designed by the Ministry of Public Health.
