Diagnosed by clinic with scalded skin syndrome. Which is a rare dermatological pathology and requires urgent management, caused by a toxin produced by staphylococcus aureus. When there is a discontinuity of the skin, it has the ability to penetrate and spread via hematogenous route. Patient was treated in a timely manner with favorable evolution.
