ABSTRACT
Chronic inducible urticarias are a group of inflammatory dermatoses characterized by recurrence of itchy wheals and/or angioedema lasting more than six weeks, and induced by specific physical or environmental trigger (cold, heat, pressure, sunlight, vibration). The following review focuses on physical and non-physical chronic urticarias, we discuss the clinical characteristics, the diagnostic approach, including provocation and threshold tests, as well as the available treatment options.
