ABSTRACT

Abstract: Littre´s hernia is the eventration of a Meckel´s diverticulum through a wall defect. Given the low incidence of Meckel´s diverticulum, the occurrence of this hernia is an extremely rare event, with approximately 50 cases reported worldwide. Herein we present an anterior and laparoscopic approach of a femoral Littre´s hernia in a 59 year-old male.
