ABSTRACT
The allergic march is the clinical pathway that crosses the atopic patients during the chronological evolution of its allergic diseases, appears in those individuals that having a genetic base of atopic inheritance, when taking contact with external substances that act as allergens, trigger an altered immunological answer with activation of the cellular line of lymphocytes helper Th2, producing a response of inflammatory cytoquines that will stimulate a humoral answer with high levels of specific antibodies of immunoglobulin IgE which will perpetuate clinical manifestations of chronic and recurrent inflammation in the sites of contact where the allergens are, like the gastrointestinal tract, the skin and the respiratory airways. The prevention levels are described to avoid that atopic patients cross this allergic pathway.
