ABSTRACT
Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common malignant skin tumor, accounting for around 75% of cases. It is observed with greater prevalence in those people with light phototypes in particular with a history of chronic sun damage in areas such as the head and neck. Its location in the female genital tract accounts for 2.6%; About 200 cases have been published in the medical literature since its initial description by Temesvary in 1926. It usually appears on the vulva of women between 50 and 80 years of age; mentioning a history of recurrent vulvovaginitis, arsenicism, various trauma, hormonal factors and / or some state of immunosuppression as potential inducing agents.REFERENCES
