Learning tasks to strengthen responsibility through English III in the Medicine major

ABSTRACT
Introduction: The learning tasks contribute to develop responsibility in the medical students based on fundamental elements such as reflexive analysis, independence and creativity, self- control and assessment of the results and behavior patterns.Objective: To develop learning tasks to strengthen responsibility through English III in second-year medical students.
Method: A development research was carried out to elaborate learning tasks to strengthen the responsibility value through English III in the second -year medical students from August 2018 to August 2019; the descriptive statistic procedure was used.
Results: The lack of systematization and knowledge to strengthen the responsibility value was evidenced, so it can be deduced that although teachers take into account the integration with the Main Discipline through the teaching-learning process, there were still insufficient learning tasks to strengthen the responsibility value. The complexity to develop any personality trait was taken into consideration to do the tasks, and the effectiveness was showed by the development of responsibility in the students on their training.
Conclusions: Insufficiencies to carry out actions that strengthen responsibility were evidenced, that is why learning tasks to strengthen the responsibility were developed with the intention of leading the teaching- learning process towards the ideal model of a health professional.
