Preservation of knowledges of the indigenous medicine in traditional use of medicinal plants

ABSTRACT
Introduction: The indigenous ethnoses with traditional knowledge on health care coexist at the Vaupés's Colombian apartment. This flow intensity of information constitutes the only mode to confront his inhabitants's diseases, job than state medical attention, he does not come to these walks.Objective: Determining form for the articulation of indigenous knowledges in the ethnoses of the apartment of the Vaupés in Colombia, with solutions of local development to confront the lack of access to the servantses of health of the territory.
Methods: It consists in an interpretative study, with technical ethnographic utilization, in questionnaires sold off by students of God's University Indigene Uniminuto, that it permits getting a dynamic interaction for preservation and integration from curative indigenous knowledge’s and no indigenous.
Results: The need to preserve the knowledge transmitted by natives's generations in the use of medicinal plants and his homologation with knowledge gathered in the scientific space was possible to raise someits consciousness itself among inhabitants. The obtained results strengthen the further initiatives of the communities of the territory with the identification of 38 medicinal plants frequently used and the creation of three centers for the local production of pharmaceutical forms finished, as from three medicinal common plants among Cuba and Colombia. They capacitated 73 native students in these knowledge during three graduates.
Conclusions: Indigenous young people's linkage in the study, he played an important role in the recognition of traditional knowledges like a necessary mechanism for preservation, and study of his culture. In like manner, in between an integrative environment among young people and experience, the pharmaceutical forms finished with medicinal plants impelled efficient initiatives for the satisfaction of local needs like development, themselves.
