ABSTRACT
Adrenal myelolipoma is a rare benign tumor of the adrenal cortex of uncertain etiology. It is integrated by mature fatty tissue and typical hematopoietic cells. Patients are usually asymptomatic and tumours are mostly incidental discoveries of ultrasonograms (USG), CT scans (TAC), autopsies or surgeries. We report of a case received in our hospital.
