Tumores testiculares con masa abdominal: presentación de dos casos y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN

Se reportan dos casos de tumores testiculares de presentación intraab-dominal. El primero de ellos se refiere a un paciente de 37 años de edad, con antecedentes de criptorquidia izquierda, dolor hipogástrico y tumor palpable en abdomen. El segundo de ellos, paciente de 25 años de edad con antecedente de criptorquidia izquierda, además de exposición a cobalto 60 y fenorrecinas con presencia de dolor en hipogastrio y tumor palpable en abdomen. Ambos con aumento de la fracción beta de la gonadotrofina coriónica humana. Se realiza extracción quirúrgica de los tumores con reporte histopatológico de seminoma puro patrón clásico.
