ABSTRACT
We briefly present two cases of fibrous pseudo-tumors of the spermatic cord (FPTSC). The first one has already been referred to in this magazine. It is an 11-year old boy who showed up with pain and a sensation of inguinoescrotal mass. The second is a 64-year old male who was incidentally diagnosed with this tumoral family (FPTSC) during the proceeding of a scheduled radical cure due to an inguinal hernia. There are still to be expressed and discussed a series of comments about its cytogenesis, forms of clinic presentation, diagnosis methodology, treatment and prognosis of this atypical entity (FPTSC). Finally, the entity (FPTSC) is re-outlined in the context of the problematic generated by the expansive processes located in the inguinoscrotal area.
