Hernia diafragmática traumática durante el embarazo

RESUMEN
La presentación y el diagnóstico de hernia
diafragmática es infrecuente en el adulto. Durante el
embarazo este diagnóstico se asocia con un alto riesgo
de complicaciones, entre ellas obstrucción intestinal,
dificultad respiratoria e incluso muerte materna. Se
presenta el caso de una paciente embarazada, a quien
se le diagnosticó una hernia diafragmática traumática,
se describen tanto los resultados maternos como
perinatales.
