Salud y desempeño en estudiantes de distintos niveles académicos

RESUMEN
La salud es un estado de completo bienestar físico, mental y social. El desempeño académico hace referencia a la evaluación del conocimiento adquirido. El abandono y rezago escolar son fenómenos que involucran factores sociales, personales e institucionales. Uno de los factores individuales que afectan el rendimiento escolar son los problemas de salud. La actividad física está asociada con los logros, teniendo un impacto positivo en los resultados académicos. El rendimiento académico de los estudiantes varía significativamente según su formación, las causas de este comportamiento son de origen multifactorial. Este artículo presenta una recopilación de diversas fuentes de información y las analiza para mostrar la relación que existen entre los diferentes determinantes con el desempeño académico.
