Los métodos serológicos y moleculares en la tipificación de los antígenos de leucocitos humanos Mini-revisión

RESUMEN
Diferentes estudios han confirmado la influencia de la compatibilidad de los antígenos de leucocitos humanos (HLA) en la supervivencia del injerto, así como la fuerte asociación de estas moléculas con ciertas enfermedades. En los últimos años, se han desarrollado nuevos métodos de tipificación HLA basados en técnicas moleculares, las que ofrecen flexibilidad de resolución, reproducibilidad y exactitud superiores, al ser comparadas con los métodos serológicos tradicionales. El objetivo de esta revisión es comparar las técnicas serológicas y moleculares mostrando sus principios, ventajas y los resultados experimentales.
