Reflexión cognoscitiva y estrés agudo: un estudio experimental con dificultad metacognoscitiva

RESUMEN
El propósito de este estudio fue conocer el efecto del estrés agudo (EA) sobre la reflexión cognoscitiva (RC) al utilizar la prueba de reflexión cognoscitiva modificada (CRT-M). Los datos recabados se compararon entre grupos experimentales y control mediante un análisis de varianza y entre sexos con una prueba t, comparando en todos los casos respuestas intuitivas, reflexivas correctas y reflexivas incorrectas. Los resultados indicaron que el grupo control sobresalió con respecto a los grupos experimentales, hubo mejoría en la RC ante el efecto del estrés sensorial y psicosocial, y se encontraron diferencias significativas entre hombres y mujeres en cuanto a RC; sin embargo, no hubo una diferencia significativa entre los grupos experimentales. Una posible explicación para estos resultados es que el efecto de disfluencia al que el CRT-M se expuso haya intervenido, por lo que futuras investigaciones deberían estudiar este fenómeno más profundamente.
