Carcinoma apocrino de glándula mamaria diagnosticado mediante biopsia por aspiración con aguja fina. Presentación de un caso y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN
El carcinoma apocrino de mama es un tipo histológico raro que representa menos de 1% de los tumores de glándula mamaria. En su forma pura, tiene igual pronóstico en comparación con los carcinomas no apocrinos; clínica y mastográficamente no tienen diferencias significativas. Se informa un caso de un carcinoma apocrino, cuyo diagnóstico se efectuó mediante biopsia por aspiración con aguja fina y se corroboró mediante cortes histopatológicos de la pieza quirúrgica.
