Bullying durante el pre y posgrado de la formación médica

RESUMEN

A lo largo del internado y la residencia los médicos desarrollan herramientas técnicas y teóricas para el desempeño de la práctica clínica. Asimismo, durante estos años despliegan su identidad profesional en donde valores como la ética y el humanismo tienen un papel relevante, ya que serán transmitidos a las siguientes generaciones de médicos en formación y utilizadas con sus pacientes. En este trabajo se define el concepto de bullying en la residencia médica y se realiza una revisión literaria en torno al tema. Asimismo, se presenta un análisis del ambiente laboral y los vínculos de poder durante su formación y el impacto que ha tenido en los últimos años en distintos países del mundo.
