Fístula Arteriovenosa Safeno-Tibial Posterior como alternativa de acceso para Hemodiálisis

RESUMEN
La construcción de una fístula arteriovenosa es un procedimiento quirúrgico que une una vena a una arteria para crear un sitio para el acceso a la hemodiálisis. Se realiza de forma habitual en miembros superiores, sin embargo, en ocasiones, esto no es posible por lo que debe realizarse en miembros inferiores, procedimiento muy poco usual. Se hace una revisión de la literatura y se presenta la técnica quirúrgica.
