Análisis de cambios en la presión arterial y electrocardiográficos en los anestesiólogos del Hospital Ángeles Lomas durante la intubación de los pacientes

RESUMEN
Antecedentes: El estrés tiene efectos perjudiciales sobre la salud del anestesiólogo y su desempeño laboral. Un momento crítico y de estrés considerable ocurre durante la intubación endotraqueal, en el cual existe la posibilidad de que se presenten cambios hemodinámicos en el anestesiólogo.
Material y métodos: Se realizó el estudio, en los anestesiólogos adscritos del Hospital Ángeles Lomas que aceptaron participar en el estudio (n = 32). Se realizaron tres mediciones de la presión arterial en cada caso, incluyendo la intubación. El monitoreo electrocardiográfico se realizó a través del Holter, registrando siete momentos para su análisis por, médicos cardiólogos.
Resultados: No se encontraron cambios al momento de la intubación en comparación con el registro basal, en la presión arterial sistólica (p = 0.161), diastólica (p = 0.707) y media (p = 0.198) y frecuencia cardíaca (p = 0.855). Ni alteraciones del ritmo (p = 1) o del segmento ST (p = 1).
Conclusión: En los anestesiólogos adscritos del Hospital Ángeles Lomas, no se encontraron cambios hemodinámicos de la presión arterial sistólica, media y diastólica, de la frecuencia cardíaca, del ritmo o alteraciones del ST durante la intubación en comparación con el registro basal.
