Impacto de la realización de HLA en donación cadavérica. Experiencia del Hospital Juárez de México

RESUMEN
Objetivo. Evaluar la sobrevida del injerto renal de donador cadavérico conforme a la compatibilidad de HLA, realizados en el Hospital Juárez de México.
Material y métodos. Revisión de expedientes clínicos desde el inicio de la determinación de Antígeno Leucocitario Humano (HLA) en pacientes en lista de espera para donación cadavérica, se revisaron 22 expedientes.
Resultados. Encontramos una función del injerto viable en pacientes sin compatibilidad HLA, a un mes, de 85%; a seis meses, de 71%; a 12 meses, de 57%; a 18 meses, de 28%; a 24 meses, de 14%. Comparado con la función del injerto viable en pacientes con compatibilidad HLA a un mes, de 86%; a seis meses, de 78%; a 12 meses, de 63%; a 18 meses, de 45%, a 24 meses de 44%.
Conclusiones. Se observó en este estudio una mejor sobrevida del injerto con la presencia de compatibilidad HLA, comparándose contra los que no presentan compatibilidad HLA.
