Medio ambiente, contaminación y diabetes: ¿son especulaciones?

RESUMEN
Un tema olvidado es la contribución del medio ambiente y la contaminación
a la aparición de enfermedades como diabetes, lo que genera
modificaciones bioquímicas y genéticas que ayudan a la manifestación
de la enfermedad, por lo que retomamos este asunto para recordar la
participación de estos elementos en la génesis de la diabetes mellitus
y de otras enfermedades.
