Hipotiroidismo en el embarazo

RESUMEN
El hipotiroidismo es la enfermedad
tiroides más común, cuando se
presenta con elevación de TSH
y disminución de T4 libre se
denomina hipotiroidismo clínico,
y cuando solo se manifiesta con
elevación de THS y Los valores
de T4 libre se mantienen normales
se denomina hipotiroidismo
subclínico. La causa más común
es la etiología autoinmune. El
diagnóstico durante el embarazo
se realiza con la medición de THS
y los rangos varían dependiendo
del trimestre de gestación.
