Necrosis cutánea extensa como primera manifestación de síndrome de anticuerpos antifosfolípidos primario: Reporte de caso y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN
El síndrome de anticuerpos antifosfolípidos se manifiesta clínicamente con trombosis y/o pérdidas
fetales recurrentes, también es común presentar anemia autoinmune, manifestaciones neurológicas y
en piel. De las manifestaciones en piel, la necrosis cutánea extensa es la menos frecuente. Reportamos
el caso de una mujer de 64 años de edad, que presenta necrosis cutánea extensa como primer
manifestación de síndrome de anticuerpos antifosfolípidos primario, ya que hay pocos casos
reportados históricamente.
