FRAGMENTO
CASO CLÍNICO
Paciente masculino de 38 años de edad, casado, agricultor, con antecedente de consumo tabáquico intenso por 10 años, 30 cigarrillos diarios, ingesta alcohólica frecuente hasta la embriaguez y consumidor de cocaína de manera ocasional. Conocido con enfermedad por reflujo gastroesofágico y hernia hiatal de un año de evolución con manifestaciones típicas (pirosis frecuentes, dolor epigástrico), previa a la evaluación prequirúrgica que consistió en una serie esófago-gastro-duodenal, endoscopia superior y biopsias de esófago distal con esofagitis péptica.
