Miocarditis aguda por influenza AH1N1: reporte de caso

RESUMEN
La miocarditis es una enfermedad inflamatoria del miocardio secundaria a causas autoinmunes, reacciones de hipersensibilidad o infecciones. De ellas, la etiología viral es la más frecuente; sin embargo, la miocarditis causada por influenza AH1N1 es excepcional. Se presenta el caso de un paciente con neumonía y miocarditis por influenza AH1N1.
