Angiosarcoma hepático asociado con hemoperitoneo. Una entidad clínica poco frecuente

RESUMEN

El angiosarcoma hepático es una enfermedad poco frecuente que representa sólo 2% de los tumores malignos primarios del hígado. No hay síntomas y signos específicos estrechamente asociados con esta enfermedad y, por lo general, se manifiesta como una masa abdominal. El pronóstico de angiosarcoma hepático es muy escaso. Se comunica un caso de angiosarcoma primario de hígado con choque hemorrágico y hemoperitoneo por rotura del tumor.
