Infecciones tempranas postrasplante renal

RESUMEN
Los pacientes con trasplante de riñón cursan con inmunosupresión después del proceso quirúrgico; esto los hace susceptibles de adquirir infecciones con facilidad y no manifestarlas tempranamente, por lo que los médicos deben de estar adiestrados para reconocer los signos y síntomas tempranos de las infecciones, además de establecer los esquemas de antibióticos propuestos para estos pacientes.
