Osteomielitis en la etapa neonatal. Informe de un caso

RESUMEN
Se realizó el estudio de un recién nacido de pretérmino con sospecha de artritis séptica de hombro izquierdo de acuerdo a las manifestaciones clínicas; por lo que se hicieron estudios hematológicos y de gabinete llegando al diagnóstico final de osteomielitis de cabeza humeral izquierda. Hubo buena respuesta al tratamiento antimicrobiano y se hizo seguimiento radiológico y hematológico
