Comparación entre nubain sp vs nubain sp con clonidina en analgesia posoperatoria para pacientes sometidos a cirugía perianal

RESUMEN
Objetivo: Comparar dos métodos de analgesia posoperatoria.
Método: En dos grupos similares de pacientes sometidos a cirugía perianal se aplicó un opiáceo, el nubain con o sin un adyuvante, la clonidina, al término de la operación por vía peridural y se comparó el efecto analgésico durante 24 horas.
Resultados: El grupo al que se aplicó la clonidina tuvo nuevo dolor en diferencia estadísticamente significativa. No se observaron efectos indeseables sistémicos.
