FRAGMENTO
Hoy en día contamos con múltiples y diversos aditamentos para el abordaje de vías aéreas complejas, los cuales brindan al anestesiólogo «mayor seguridad y facilidad» para el abordaje de las mismas; sin embargo, se vuelve compleja la adquisición de los mismos de manera personal; la curva de aprendizaje es amplia y compleja, y un dispositivo no es una alternativa para todos los procedimientos, sin contar con las lesiones producidas por usos inadecuados o falta de experiencia, favoreciendo el retorno a los manejos habituales con el laringoscopio tradicional.
