Síndrome de Birt-Hogg-Dube

RESUMEN
Los fibromas perifoliculares, los fibrofoliculomas y tricodiscomas son tumores benignos derivados del aparato pilosebáceo. Describimos el caso de un varón de 40 años con neumotórax espontáneo y múltiples fibrofoliculomas (síndrome de Birt-Hogg-Dube), y discutimos sobre si estas tumoraciones podrían tratarse de variantes histopatológicas de una lesión única, provocadas por la interpretación de diferentes planos de sección.
