Plasma rico en plaquetas y tendinopatías

RESUMEN
La tendinopatía es una afección común en los pacientes que acuden
a los servicios de medicina física y rehabilitación. Generalmente es
tratada con antiinflamatorios no esteroides, paracetamol, infiltraciones
con esteroides y terapia física. Sin embargo, algunos pacientes con
“tendinopatía crónica“ son refractarios al tratamiento. El plasma rico
en plaquetas es una opción terapéutica que ha demostrado ser una
herramienta efectiva para el tratamiento de esta afección.
