Leiomiomatosis peritoneal diseminada en una paciente con endometriosis

RESUMEN
La leiomiomatosis peritoneal diseminada o también llamada leiomiomatosis abdominal difusa es una rara condición de etiología incierta que ocurre frecuentemente en mujeres de edad reproductiva entre los 30 y 40 años de edad, aparece especialmente durante el embarazo o en mujeres que usan anticonceptivos orales. Presentamos el caso de una mujer de 40 años con leiomiomatosis peritoneal diseminada extendida por completo sobre el omento y mesenterio.
