Melanoma primario múltiple (MMP) sincrónico: caso clínico y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN
Los pacientes con diagnóstico de melanoma tienen mayor riesgo de desarrollar nuevos melanomas primarios. Se
presenta el caso de un paciente masculino de 42 años con diagnóstico de MMP sincrónico que acudió al Servicio de
Dermatología del Hospital General Dr. Manuel Gea González de la Ciudad de México. En esta revisión se discuten la
incidencia, los factores de riesgo y el pronóstico de estos pacientes.
