RESUMEN
Many recent studies have
reported promising health
benefits from red wine
consumption. The polyphenos
in it possess protective effects
on diverse body systems. This
review pretends to analize
its effects as anticancerigen,
cardiovascular protector
neuroprotector, antidiabetic
and antiaging that have been
discovered until now. Further
studies are warranted to
describe the precise molecular
mechanisms for the potential
benefitial effects of red wine on
general population, since it is a
promising alternative and with
very few adverse reactions.
